We work in two Plans - it is depend on customer which they want to takeSuper saver plan and Assist plan.
Super saver plan
• We will Take a service charge rs 100 (Non Refundable) and provide 5 owner numbers which like by Client on site.
• Service charge is non-refundable and we are provided only owner number that propertyselected by Costumers and assist them how they can find property on site.
• The property owner only provide the numbers of property owner to their Clients, The property owner are not responsible for the likes and dislikes of the Clients.
• if Costumers not found property in his location so he can find nearby at this location and the property owner not responsible for this we are provide owner numbers if there are available any property.
• Sk Flats Can’t Provide any property Owner numbers for their customers directly. We are only provided which numbers those selected by Customers.
• If user don’t able to find any property on site which he required in these case we are only assist them but not responsible for it.
Assist Plan
• We are take Convenience feers 500 (Non Refundable) and We call the customer in the office andprovide them a property visit.
• Convenience fee is non-refundable. And this fee will be taken for provide property visit and service for customers
• After Select a property by Customer we are take 15 days rent as a Service charge.
• The property owner only show the property to their clients,The property owner are not responsible for the likes and dislikes of the Clients.
